Electoral Process
for the Staff Committee, its President and the
Representative and Alternate Representative to the
Retirement and Pension Fund Committee
2009-2010
REMINDER
All
staff members of the General Secretariat are reminded that
the elections shall take place:
-
TODAY,
Thursday, June 25, 2009, in the Offices away from
Headquarters; and
-
TOMORROW,
Friday, June 26, 2009, at Headquarters.
ABSENTEE VOTING
Absentee voting for the Staff Committee and the Retirement
and Pension Fund Committee elections is now in process
until today.
Staff can vote in absentia until 5:00pm at the office of
Mariana Herrera, extension 3539 (GSB 854-D), President of
the Nominating Committee, or contact the Staff Association
offices by calling extension 6230.
In
addition, we are pleased to inform that pursuant to the
most recent reforms to the
Statutes,
all staff members of the General Secretariat are eligible
to vote in the elections for members of the Staff Committee
and its President, except for independent contractors
(CPR’s).
In
order to vote for the Representative and alternate
Representative to the Retirement and Pension Fund
Committee, you must be a participant in the Retirement and
Pension Fund.
Please remember to bring
your ID to vote.

ante la Comisión del Fondo de Jubilaciones y Pensiones

RECORDATORIO
Se les recuerda a todos los miembros del personal de la
Secretaría General que las elecciones se
realizarán:
-
HOY,
jueves 25 de junio de 2009 en las oficinas fuera de
la Sede; y
-
MAÑANA,
viernes 26 de junio de 2009 en la Sede.
VOTACION
EN AUSENCIA
Se informa al personal que hasta el día de hoy
se puede proceder a votar en ausencia para las
elecciones del Comité de Personal y de la Comisión
del Fondo de Jubilaciones y Pensiones.
El personal puede pasar a votar en ausencia hasta las
5:00pm por la oficina de Mariana Herrera, extensión
3539 (GSB 854-D), Presidente del Comité de
Nominaciones, o
contactar las oficinas de la
Asociación del Personal, llamando
a la extensión 6230.
Asimismo, nos complace informarles que a partir de las
últimas reformas hechas al
Estatuto,
todos los miembros del personal de la Secretaría
General son elegibles para votar en las elecciones de
los miembros del Comité de Personal y de su Presidente,
excepto los contratistas
independientes (CPR).
Para votar por Representante del Personal y
Suplente ante la Comisión
del Fondo de Jubilaciones y Pensiones se requiere ser
participante del Fondo de Jubilaciones y Pensiones.
