NOMINATING
PETITION
2009-2010
Following the
previous message sent by the OAS Staff Association SN-40/08-09, the
Nominating Committee is attaching the
nominating petition
in the following link:

Each nomination
must be endorsed by the signatures of at least six staff members of the
General Secretariat. Nominations must be delivered to the President of
the Nominating Committee (Mariana Herrera GSB854-D ext. 3539, fax:
3732) by 5:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, June 9, 2009.
The presentation
of each proposed candidate should be accompanied by a brief resume in
English and/or Spanish (preferably both) and a recent photograph, black
and white if possible, of the candidate.
The
profiles submitted by the candidates should include only biographical
information, education, work experience any association memberships and
a personal statement related to your interest in serving on the Staff
Association or on the Retirement and Pension Committee. The profile
should not exceed 350 words.

The Nominating
Committee urges the members of the Staff Association to present
candidates for President of the Staff Association and/or candidates for
member of the Staff Committee, as well as for a representative and an
alternate for the Retirement and Pension Committee.

En
seguimiento al mensaje enviado anteriormente por la Asociación del
Personal de la OEA SN-40/08-09, el Comité de Nominaciones les hace
llegar a través del siguiente enlace
la papeleta de nominaciones:

Cada
nominación debe estar respaldada por las firmas de por lo menos 6
funcionarios de la Secretaría General. Se recuerda que las nominaciones
deben ser entregadas al Presidente del Comité de Nominaciones (Mariana
Herrera GSB854-D ext. 3539, fax:
3732) antes de las
5:00 p.m. del martes 9 de junio de
2009.
La
presentación de cada candidatura deberá estar acompañada de una breve
reseña biográfica en inglés y/o español
(preferiblemente en los dos idiomas) y de una fotografía
reciente si es posible en blanco y negro. En los
perfiles sometidos por los candidatos se debe incluir únicamente
información biográfica, educación, experiencia laboral y cualquier
participación en asociaciones,
así
como su interés expreso de servir en la Asociación del Personal o en la
Comisión de Jubilaciones y Pensiones. El
perfil no deberá tener más de 350 palabras.

Comité de Nominaciones insta a los miembros de la Asociación del
Personal a presentar candidatos para los cargos de Presidente y
