AMIGOS ARTISTAS Y AMANTES DE LAS ARTES 

El Grupo de Arte de la Asociación del Personal de la Organización de los Estados Americanos se complace en anunciar la VIII Exhibición Anual de Arte.  La VIII Exhibición Anual de Arte se realizará la primera semana de noviembre de 2006. 

Se hace un llamado a todos los artistas plásticos y fotógrafos para que continúen trabajando en sus obras maestras. 

El Grupo de Arte está buscando voluntarios para trabajar en áreas tales como: 

  • Registro y recepción de obras;

  • Diseño, impresión y despacho de invitaciones;

  • Contactos con los medios de difusión (radio, prensa y televisión) y promoción del evento;

  • Contactos con galerías y museos;

  • Contactos con las misiones permanentes ante la OEA, misiones observadoras y la Casa Blanca;

  • Recaudación y administración de fondos;

  • Coordinación de donaciones (vinos, quesos, flores, etc.);

  • Recepción para el día de inauguración y

  • Otras actividades de apoyo

ARTIST FRIENDS AND ART LOVERS 

The Art Group of the Staff Association of the Organization of American States is pleased to announce the VIII Annual Art Exhibition.  The VIII Annual Art Exhibit will be held on the first week of November, 2006 

The Art Group calls on all plastic artists and photographers to continue working on their masterpieces. 

The Art Group is seeking volunteers to work in areas such as: 

  • Registry and reception of art works;

  • Design, printing, and delivery of invitations;

  • Contacts with the media (press, radio, and television) and promotion of the exhibition;

  • Contacts with galleries and museums;

  • Contacts with OAS permanent missions, OAS observer missions, and the White House;

  • Fundraising and budget administration;

  • Coordination of donations (wine, cheese, flowers, etc.);

  • Opening reception; and

  • Other support activities.
