ELECTION RESULTS 2005
El Comité de Nominaciones comunica los resultados de las elecciones que
se realizaron
los días 23 y 24 de junio de 2005, para elegir Presidente, miembros del
Comité del Personal y a los
Representantes Titular y Suplente ante la Comisión de Jubilaciones y
Pensiones,
de acuerdo con el Estatuto de la Asociación.
The Nominating Committee announces the results of the elections held on
June 23 and 24, 2005,
for President, members of the Staff Committee
and for Principal and Alternate Representatives of the Retirement and
Pension Committee,
in accordance with the Statutes of the Staff Association.

The total number of ballots tallied for Staff Committee members was 411,
of which 57 were from the Offices of the General Secretariat in the
member States, 31 were votes cast in absence, 2 were blank and 2 were
void. The total number of ballots tallied for Representative and
Alternate on the Retirement and Pension Committee was 411, of which 81
were from the Offices of the General Secretariat in the member States,
and IICA, 34 in absence, and 4 were blank and 11 were void.
El total de votos escrutados para el Comité del Personal fue de 411, de
los cuales 57 fueron de las Oficinas de la Secretaría General en los
Estados miembros, 31 en ausencia, 2 en blanco y 2 anulados. El total de
votos escrutados para Representante y Suplente ante la Comisión de
Jubilaciones y Pensiones fue de 411, de los cuales 81
fueron de las Oficinas de la Secretaría General en los Estados miembros
y el IICA, 34 en ausencia, 4 en blanco y 11 fueron anulados.
The Nominating Committee thanks the members of the Teller Committee that
participated in this process for their excellent and efficient work. It
also thanks those staff members who served as election officers.
El Comité de Nominaciones expresa su reconocimiento a los miembros del
Comité de Escrutinio que participaron en este proceso por la excelente y
eficaz labor realizada. Agradece igualmente la cooperación de los
