DAY CARE SERVICES QUESTIONNAIRE
This questionnaire was prepared by the OAS
Staff Association (OASSA) to assess the level of interest among staff of
the General Secretariat at OAS headquarters and of the Permanent Missions
to the OAS in having day care services at the Organization. Please complete
the questionnaire and return it to the Staff Association at Room 838-A in
the General Services Building (GSB) before June 18, 2004. This
questionnaire is anonymous.

ENCUESTA GUARDERÍA INFANTIL
El siguiente cuestionario fue preparado
por la Asociación del Personal y tiene como objetivo conocer la opinión del
personal de la Secretaría General en Washington, D.C. y de las Misiones
Permanentes ante la OEA con relación a la posibilidad de contar con el
servicio de guardería infantil. El cuestionario es anónimo y sus respuestas
no lo comprometerán en ningún sentido, sólo, nos ayudarán a conocer
acertadamente sus intereses. Por favor conteste el cuestionario y
entréguelo a la Asociación del Personal (Oficina 838A, GSB), antes del 18
de junio de 2004.
