SURVEY OF STAFF ON PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS
The Staff Association is
pleased to distribute to all General Secretariat staff members the results
of the survey conducted last year on performance evaluations.
The report was adopted by
the Staff Committee at its meeting of March 18, 2004. A copy has been
presented to Mr. Fernando Jaramillo, Chief of Staff, and to Mr. Oscar
Menjívar, Director of the Department of Human Resource Services. The
Committee again expressed to the Administration its continuing readiness to
work with the General Secretariat in this process so as to improve the
existing evaluation system.
