El señor Oscar Harasic, ex
Representante del Personal ante la Comisión de Jubilaciones y Pensiones
solicitó al Comité de Personal publicar la comunicación anexa.
El Comité de Personal
informa que aprobó hacerlo en vía de excepción y como una cortesía al ex
Representante pero el Comité quiere dejar muy claro que al hacerlo, no
endosa las opiniones emitidas en el documento anexo así como tampoco las
expresadas en el comunicado del señor Alfonso Munévar, Representante del
Personal ante la Comisión de Jubiliaciones y Pensiones, publicado el 26 de
agosto de 2004.

Mr. Oscar Harasic,
ex-Representative of the Staff on the Retirement and Pension Committee,
requested that the Staff Committee publish the attached document.
The Staff Committee approved
its publication as an exception and as a courtesy to the ex-Representative
but wishes to state for the record that the Committee does not endorse the
opinions expressed in the attached communiqué, or in the communiqué from
Mr. Alfonso Munévar, Representative of the Staff on the Retirement and
Pension Committee, published on August 26, 2004.
