Massage can induce a state of mental and physical relaxation that is
unobtainable through other means. Through compression strokes,
effleurage, tapotement, and stretching, tension is eliminated, thus
creating a sense of calmness and well-being.

On this occasion we will only be offering six 15-minute sessions.

Reservations will be made on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Please call us with your preferred time slot and
send us a check made payable to the OAS STAFF ASSOCIATION
in the amount of $15.00.

Reservations will not be confirmed until payment is received.
Payment is non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you are responsible for finding someone to take your place.

Slot # 1 - 1:15 - 1:30 p.m.
Slot # 2 - 1:35 - 1:50 p.m.
Slot # 3 - 1:55 - 2:10 p.m.
Slot # 4 - 2:15 - 2:30 p.m.
Slot # 5 - 2:35 - 2:50 p.m.
Slot # 6 - 2:55 - 3:10 p.m.
