PERFORMANCE EVALUATION QUESTIONNAIRE

As you are aware, the General Secretariat of the Organization of American States implemented the current performance evaluation process in 1999, at which time the Secretariat promised to reevaluate the process after four years.

With this in mind and as a result of a recent survey, the Staff Association has prepared a comprehensive questionnaire on the performance evaluation process in order to give all staff members (career, long term, trust, short term) an opportunity to comment on how the process has worked for them over the past four years. The input of staff members, as well as any comments and suggestions, will be considered with regard to further improvements to the process.

We encourage you to take the time to complete this questionnaire. Please note that your responses will be anonymous. The deadline date for completion of the questionnaire is September 5, 2003.

Please deliver your survey, in a sealed envelope, to any of the following cadres. You will in return receive a ticket that will allow you to participate in the raffle of a roundtrip airline ticket to any destination within the domestic United States.
