The OAS Staff Association regrets to inform the staff of the passing of Mr. Yves Pognat, in Artonne, Auvergne, France, on Sunday, July 24^th, 2016. Mr. Yves Pognat was the father of our dear colleague, Catherine Pognat, who works at the Secretariat for Access to Rights and Equity (SARE) at OAS Headquarters.
