The OAS Staff Association informs the staff of the passing of
Mr. Vincent Charles of Frederick, Maryland, on August 25th 2010.
Mr. Vincent Charles was the father of our dear colleague
Mrs. Charlene Solozano who works at the Department of
Sustainable Development.
Mr. Charles leaves to mourn his wife, Mrs. Ellery Charles; his two daughters, Karan Charles-
Barclay and Charlene Solozano; and three grand – children: Tristen, Kaydon and Sandyn
