It is with deep regret that we inform the staff of the passing of Ms. Lorraine R. Smith on
April 13th 2011, in Derwood, MD.
Ms. Lorraine R. Smith was the mother of our colleague Mr. Michael L. Smith,
who works at CICAD/SMS.
Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 19, at 3:00 pm at the
Rockville United Church
