The Staff Association informs the staff of the passing of Mr. Joseph Pierre on January 14, 2011, in St. Croix, United States Virgin Island. Mr. Joseph Pierre was the father of our colleague Ms. Syla Pierre-Alphonse, who works in the OAS National Office in Saint Lucia.
