The Staff Association informs the staff of the passing of
Rev. Lynn H. Smith, early on January 4, 2011, at Holy Cross Hospital in Wheaton, Maryland.
Rev. Lynn H. Smith was the father of our colleague Mr. Michael L. Smith who works in
the Executive Secretariat of the Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission (CICAD).
The arrangements are as follows:
The memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2011, at 1:00 pm at the
Rockville United Church, 355 Linthicum St., Rockville, MD 20852 (301.424.6733).
Internment of ashes will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to Church of God Ministries,
