The OAS Staff Association is pleased to announce the results of a survey carried by the Rowe Fund Secretariat during the first semester of 2010 to 135 staff and ex-staff members of the GS/OAS beneficiaries of Rowe Fund loans to help cover the cost of their or their dependent’s studies.
For over 60 years, the Fund has proudly fulfilled Dr. Rowe’s vision to contribute to the human development of staff members of the GS/OAS and their dependents by helping cover the cost of tuition through subsidized loans. In order to facilitate access of GS/OAS staff members who are due paying members of the OAS Staff Association, the OAS Staff Association has served as guarantee.
