CADRES

         Con el propósito de mantener informado al Personal de la Secretaría General, el Comité del Personal ha implementado el sistema de Cadres.  Los Cadres son funcionarios que han aceptado servir como punto de enlace entre el Comité del Personal y los miembros del personal de cada una de las áreas de la Secretaría General. 

Las funciones de los Cadres son:

1.         Transmitir a los Coordinadores de Cadres las inquietudes u opiniones del personal en cuanto al trabajo desarrollado por el Comité, a las condiciones de empleo, y/o cuestiones administrativas que afecten los  intereses del personal.

2.         Informar a sus respectivas áreas sobre las actividades del Comité del Personal a través de la difusión de la información emitida por el Comité y/o transmitida verbalmente por los Coordinadores de Cadres.

3.         Motivar a sus colegas de trabajo a asistir a las asambleas y actividades convocadas por el Comité.

CADRES

        In order to improve communication with the staff of the General Secretariat, the Staff Committee has instituted the cadre system.  Cadres are staff members who have agreed to serve as liaisons between the Staff Committee and the staff in each of the areas of the General Secretariat.  The functions of the cadres are:

1.         To transmit to the Cadre Coordinators the concerns or opinions of staff with respect to the work of the Committee, conditions of employment, and administrative matters that affect the interests of staff;

2.         To inform their respective areas on the activities of the Committee by disseminating information produced by the Committee and/or orally transmitted by the Cadre Coordinators; and

3.         To motivate their colleagues to attend assemblies and other activities convoked by the Staff Committee.
