The OAS Staff Association regrets to inform the staff of the passing of Mr. Peter Adolphus Sobers, in Jamaica, on Wednesday, June 15^th, 2016.  Mr. Peter Adolphus Sobers was the father of our dear colleague, Hilaire Sobers, who works for the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights at OAS Headquarters.
