The Staff Association in an effort to seek ways to improve the welfare and home life balance of our contributing members would like to inform staff that we are facilitating the following seminars/workshops at the Headquarters for those interested.

 

Stress Reduction Workshop:

How to find peace and balance in our daily lives

Coach: Florencia Fuensalida

 

This workshop will be a wonderful opportunity for participants to manage and reduce the amount stress in their lives, in addition to providing practical tools which can be utilized on a daily basis to find harmony and balance.

 

One time Workshop:

Regular price: 250.00 USD

This seminar is approximately 1 ½ hours long

 

 

Stress Reduction Seminar:

How to Find Work-Life Balance

(Three Part Workshop Series)

 

The seminar seeks to provide participants with necessary tools and methodologies to manage stress in different areas of their lives, recognize the signs of an unbalanced life, improve their time management and goal setting skills, understand what work satisfaction means to them, know how to refuel and restore brains and bodies when needed and utilize a new set of tools to eliminate the burnout cycle.

 

3 Session Workshop:

Regular price: 1.500.00 USD

30% off: $ 1050.00

Languages: Spanish or English

 

This seminar will be facilitated over a period of three weeks, one session per week. Each session lasts approximately 1 ½ hours. Participants should dress comfortably.

 

 

The prices are per session for up to 15 participants. The more participants, the less the individual costs.

 

In addition, participants who register for any of the two seminars will also receive a free personal coaching session.
