The OAS Staff Association regrets to inform the staff
of the passing of Mr. Roy Ching, in San Jose, Costa Rica, on Thursday October 1st,
2015. Mr. Roy Ching was
the father of our dear colleague, Lilly Ching Soto, who works for the
Inter-American Commission on Human Rights at Headquarters. Messages of
