The OAS Staff Association regrets to inform the staff
of the passing of Mr. Raymond Astaphan, Florida, USA, on May 29th, 2015. Mr. Raymond Astaphan was the brother of our dear
colleague, Mr. Jan Astaphan, who works for the Department of Financial and
Administrative Management Services and is a Member of the Staff Committee. Messages of condolences can be sent to: Mr. Jan Astaphan The visitation will be on Saturday, June 6th
from 4:30pm to 6:30pm followed by a Service at Fred’s Hunter University
