Joint Communiqué between the Staff
Committee and Secretary General Luis Almagro The
Staff Committee and Secretary General, Luis Almagro, are pleased to inform
staff that as of today, and further to discussions previously held with the
Transition Team, they shall work jointly to design a staff development and
career training plan for the staff of the General Secretariat. This
initiative is taking place within the framework of dialogue and joint efforts
to enhance opportunities for the professional development and growth of staff
of the Secretariat. This plan aims to strengthen the capacity of OAS
staff by developing a human resource system that integrates performance
management with staff training officials. In
addition, over the next few days the Secretary General and the Staff
Committee will announce a time and day for a dialogue with the staff of the
General Secretariat. ************************************************************************************************************ Comunicado conjunto del Comité del
Personal y el Secretario General Luis Almagro El Comité del Personal y Secretario General, Luis
Almagro, tienen el placer de informar a los funcionarios que a partir del día
de la fecha, y continuando con las conversaciones previamente mantenidas con
el equipo de transición, trabajarán de manera mancomunada en el diseño de un
Plan de capacitación y desarrollo de carrera para el personal de la
Secretaría General. Esta iniciativa se da en el marco de diálogo y trabajo
conjunto con el fin de mejorar las oportunidades de desarrollo y crecimiento
del personal de la Secretaría. Este Plan tiene como objetivo fortalecer las capacidades
del personal de la OEA a través del desarrollo de un sistema de recursos
humanos que integre la gestión por resultados con la capacitación de
funcionarios. Asimismo, en los próximos días se informará el día y la
hora en que el Secretario General y el Comité del Personal mantendrán un
diálogo con todo el personal de la Secretaría General. |
