SA 102/14-15 Washington D.C, January 28^th, 2015 His Excellency Secretary General José Miguel Insulza Organization of American States Dear Secretary General, In follow-up to the letters of July 24th and September 15th, 2014, the 2014-2015 Staff Committee wishes to reiterate its requests for a hearing to discuss outstanding issues and challenges ahead. Priority issues for discussion include the schedule and procedures for pending competitions taking into account the modifications to the General Standards, the transition budget, the OAS modernization plan and its recommendations, the workplace and sexual harassment cases, the establishment and functioning of the Ethics Committee, and the review of access to information policies. We take this opportunity to renew our commitment to work together to continue improving the lines of communication with the staff.
