ELECTION RESULTS 2014-2015

 

The Nominating Committee is pleased to announce the results of the Elections for President and Members of the Staff Committee,  and the Representative and Alternate Representative of the Retirement and Pension Committee 2014-2015, held on the 26th and 27th of June 2014, in accordance with the Statutes of the Staff Association.

The total number of ballots tallied for Staff Committee members was 335, of which 263 were from headquarters; 41 were away from headquarters, 31 were votes cast in absence, of which 3 voided and 10 were blank. The total number of ballots tallied for Representative and Alternate on the Retirement and Pension Committee was 262, of which 202 were from headquarters; 36 were away from headquarters, 24 were votes cast in absence, 4 were voided and 0 were blank.

 

The Nominating Committee wishes to express its appreciation to the candidates for their interest in serving Staff Members and to the members of the Teller Committee for the commitment with which they undertook their task.  The Office of the Staff Association, the Office of General Services, the Department of Human Resources and those who volunteered as election officers for their support to the electoral process.
