ELECTORAL PROCESS 2014-2015 VOTING IN OFFICES OF THE OAS GENERAL SECRETARIAT (GS/OAS) IN THE MEMBER STATES STAFF ASSOCIATION OAS Staff members working in Offices of the GS/OAS in the Member States may vote via email.  In accordance with the established Statutes, OAS Staff members working in the Member States will be able to vote only on June 26, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Washington DC time. To check if your name is on the list of voters for the Staff Association please click here. Print the attached ballot, mark your favorite candidates (No more than 1 for President and no more than 7 for the Committee) scan it and send it via email to Ms. Brenda Santamaria ([email protected]) Please find enclosed the ballot for the election 2014-2015. ************************************************** PROCESO ELECTORAL 2014-2015 VOTACIÓN EN LAS OFICINAS DE LA SECRETARIA GENERAL DE LA OEA (SG/OEA) FUERA DE LA SEDE ASOCIACION DE PERSONAL Se comunica al personal de la OEA laborando en las oficinas de la Secretaría General en Estados miembros que pueden votar por correo electrónico. De conformidad con los estatutos establecidos, el personal que trabaja en los Estados miembros podrá votar  únicamente el 26 de junio, de 9:30 am a 5:30 pm, hora de Washington DC. Para verificar si su nombre se encuentra en la lista de votantes para la Asociación de Personal, por favor haga click aquí. Favor imprimir la papeleta adjunta, marcar por sus candidatos favoritos (No más de 1 para Presidente y no más de 7 para el Comité) y enviar su voto escaneado, vía email a la Sra.
