NUEVO PLAZO PARA PRESENTAR NOMINACIONES

PARA EL PROCESO ELECTORAL 2013-2014

El Comité de Nominaciones desea informar a las y los miembros de la Asociación del Personal que se extiende el plazo para presentar candidatos/as para las posiciones debajo mencionadas.

•     Presidente/a

•     Miembros del Comité del Personal, y

•     Representante y Representante Suplente ante la Comisión de Jubilaciones y Pensiones.

Las nominaciones deben ser entregadas a la Presidenta del Comité de Nominaciones, o a cualquiera de las y los miembros  del Comité de Nominaciones antes de las 5:00 PM del Miércoles 12 junio de 2013.

Cada nominación debe estar respaldada por las firmas de por lo menos 6 funcionarios/as de la Secretaría General. La presentación de cada candidatura deberá estar acompañada también de una breve reseña biográfica en inglés y/o español (preferiblemente en los dos idiomas) y de una fotografía reciente si es posible en blanco y negro. En los perfiles sometidos por las y los candidatos se debe incluir únicamente información biográfica, educación, experiencia laboral y cualquier participación en asociaciones, así como su interés expreso de servir en la Asociación del Personal o en la Comisión de Jubilaciones y Pensiones. NEW DEADLINE EXTENSION FOR THE PRESENTATION OF

NOMINATIONS FOR THE 2013-2014 ELECTORAL PROCESS

The Nominating Committee would like to inform all members of the Staff Association that the deadline to present candidates for the positions mentioned below has been extended.

•    President of the Staff Association

•    Members of the Staff Committee, and

•   A representative and an Alternate Representative to the Retirement   and Pension Committee.

Nominations must be delivered to the President of the Nominating Committee or to any of the Nominating Committee members by 5:00 PM on Wednesday June 12, 2013.

Each nomination must be endorsed by the signatures of at least six staff members of the General Secretariat. The presentation of each proposed candidate should be accompanied by a brief resume in English and/or Spanish (preferably both) and a recent photograph, black and white if possible, of the candidate. The profiles submitted by the candidates should include only biographical information, education, work experience, any association memberships, and a personal statement related to your interest in serving on the Staff Association or on the Retirement and Pension Committee.
