ELECTORAL PROCESS 2012-2013
ABSENTEE VOTING
The OAS Staff is advised that it is now possible to make requests for absentee ballots. If you will not be present at the OAS Headquarters on June 22, the day of the elections for the Staff Association 2012-2013, you may request your ballot with the President of the Nominations Committee, Mrs. María Teresa Mellenkamp, located at GSB 632 (ext. 3910) or Ms. María Jose Paz Soldan, located at TL-48 (ext. 3247). Please call before visiting.
For Staff located in the ADM and MAIN Building, you may contact Mrs. Fanny Morejon, located in the office ADM 227, ext 3417.
You will be requested to present your OAS ID. Last day for absentee voting is Wednesday, June 20th 2012.

VOTACIÓN EN AUSENCIA
Se informa al personal de la OEA que aquellas personas que no puedan estar presentes en la sede el día 22 de junio para las elecciones de la Asociación del Personal ya pueden votar en ausencia. Los interesados deben dirigirse a la oficina de la Presidenta del Comité de Nominaciones, Sra. María Teresa Mellenkamp, ubicada en GSB 632 (ext. 3910) o con la Srta. María José Paz Soldan, ubicada en el GSB TL-48 (ext. 3247). Se solicita llamar previamente por teléfono.
Para los funcionarios en los edificios ADM y Principal pueden comunicarse con la Sra. Fanny Morejon, ubicada en la oficina ADM 227, ext 3417.
Se les recuerda presentar su identificación de la OEA. El último día de plazo para votar en ausencia es el día miércoles 20 de junio.
